Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons real butter
- 2 tablespoons erythritol
- 2/3 cups sugarfree peanut butter
- 1 cup unsweetened all-natural shredded coconut
- 4 drops of vanilla essence
instructions
- In a microwave-safe dish, melt butter. Stir in the erythritol well. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
- Add coconut. Mix well. Spoon mixture into cookie size onto parchment paper and freeze for an hour.
These are high fat so don’t have more than 1 as a fat!
