These are totally addictive. Keto-friendly too! 

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons real butter
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol
  • 2/3 cups sugarfree peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened all-natural shredded coconut
  • 4 drops of vanilla essence

instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe dish, melt butter. Stir in the erythritol well. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. 
  2. Add coconut. Mix well. Spoon mixture into cookie size onto parchment paper and freeze for an hour. 

These are high fat so don’t have more than 1 as a fat!
