INgredients
- Cup of oats blended into oat flour
- 2 Eggs
- Herbs and spices
- Garlic – to taste
- Diced chicken
- Parchment paper
Instructions
- Blend the oats fine and add herbs and spices and garlic!
- Whisk the eggs.
- Dip the chicken cubes into the egg and into the dry ingredients and onto parchment paper.
- Grill for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with carbsmart.co.za sweet chilli or tomato sauce.
