Instructions

  1. Blend the oats fine and add herbs and spices and garlic! 
  2. Whisk the eggs. 
  3. Dip the chicken cubes into the egg and into the dry ingredients and onto parchment paper. 
  4. Grill for 10-15 minutes. 

Serve with carbsmart.co.za sweet chilli or tomato sauce.
